About the Role:

As the Digital Content Marketing Specialist, you will play a vital role in planning, creating, and executing impactful digital marketing campaigns. You will drive traffic, generate leads, and support the organization’s overall business growth by leveraging your skills in social media, email marketing, and content creation. This position offers the opportunity to influence key performance outcomes and help build a strong digital presence while enabling others within the organization to be brand ambassadors.

We are looking for someone who can commit up to 25 hours per week, Monday through Friday. This position is ideally suited to someone located in or close to the CET Time Zone 

Please note that this is a self-employed role.

You Will Focus On:

  • Planning, creating, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns that drive traffic, generate leads, and support overall business growth.  
  • Managing the digital marketing campaign plan/calendar for both social media and email.  
  • Designing and creating impactful content for social media (graphics, images, videos, etc.) and email.  
  • Setting and achieving key performance metrics, such as social media followership growth and subscriber engagement.  
  • Analyzing performance data, making data-driven decisions, and solving problems.
  • Helping others in the organization be brand ambassadors by sharing assets and by providing content/creative guidance.

You Will Bring:

  • Experience with content marketing, social media marketing, and email marketing.
  • B2B experience is required. Experience in any of the following areas would be a big plus: professional services, leadership development, organizational development, and consulting.
  • Excellent writing and creative skills. Able to listen well and capture ideas and concepts into written and visual formats. Experience creating content for a corporate executive audience is a big plus.  
  • Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills to work independently and to manage projects with many moving parts.
  • Highly motivated, resourceful and proactive with the ability to partner in a remote environment and get things done.
