About the Role:

You will lead the UK region enabling growth and impact at our local UK clients. You will lead small, client-facing teams to solution, design and deliver leadership development programs in large, global organizations. You will facilitate transformational journeys that enable top teams and leaders at all levels to harness the full potential of their mind and lead with both humanity and performance.

You are able to commit to 30-40hours per week, Monday through Friday, and can work in European time zones. A dedicated contemplative practice is an important requirement to fit our organizational culture. We walk our own talk.

You Will Focus On:

The role consists of three parts with a focus on the first one:

UK Regional Lead focusing on growing and owning our UK portfolio of clients working with the European Regional Lead. Driving client development and build lasting client relationships. Mentoring and developing colleagues to grow as leadership development professionals.

Leadership Design Architect focusing on leading client engagements from end-to-end (including solutioning, discovery, design and delivery). Identifying opportunities for enhancements or new offerings in our leadership solution suite. Leading agile, client-facing teams to discover leadership needs and develop leadership development solutions.

Leadership Facilitator focusing on delivering highly experiential and impactful leadership development programs with executives at all levels.

You Will Bring:

5+ years in professional services or professional training and coaching, with proven expertise in at least 2 of the following domains: Commercial leadership, Leadership Development, Design / LearningDesign / Program Design, or Strategy Consulting
5+ years experience in developing and nourishing Senior Client relationships
Extensive personal meditation practice in excess of 5 years
Bachelor’s degree; Advanced degree preferred
Accredited leadership development facilitator and/or coach (e.g., ICF ACC)
Self-starter with an exceptional sense of ownership, ability to work in scale-up organization and to thrive in high-pressure client situations
Ability to work collaboratively in a virtual team environment and to work effectively with people at all levels in an organization
Exceptional time and project management skills with ability to manage multiple work-streams with operational discipline
